Booking & Payment

Payments can be made via the payment links available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the booking.

If canceled less than 48 hours before the shoot, a 50% charge may still be payable.

Rescheduling is allowed once without a fee, subject to availability.

Copyright & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright over all images.

Clients receive a license for personal use (e.g. social media, personal printing).

Commercial or third-party use requires written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

Ordering Images

Edited images will be received within 3-5 days via online portal.

Image Editing & Retouching

Basic editing is included (colour correction, light retouching).

Advanced editing (e.g. object removal, heavy retouching) may incur an extra charge.

Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary permissions are obtained (e.g. venue access, model releases).

The photographer is not liable for missed shots due to restrictions beyond their control.

Photographer's Rights

The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, or promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, injury, or other unforeseen events, liability is limited to the return of all payments made.

Force Majeure

The photographer is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond their control (e.g. weather, illness, accidents).
